Someone asked this question recently, so here is my take on

"The secret to sexual Happiness!"
Lack of inhibition.
Lack of culturally imposed shame surrounding sex.
Remembering that sex is not sacred, it is intimacy, you can have sex and be happy without turning it into a marriage with four kids.
Remembering we're just smart animals.
Remembering that pleasure is not a sin.
Remembering that the smartest animals are the ones that play throughout their lives, and sex, especially for LGBT+ where procreation isn't necessarily an inbuilt primal requirement or goal, is all about play, intimacy, and love between people.
Remembering that the love you feel during sex isn't necessarily a lifelong love, but sometimes a spur of the moment feeling of euphoric love created by the experience you are sharing with someone.

The largest human problem, and by that i mean humanity itself, not what humanity has inflicted on the earth.

Is the complete unwillingness to focus on all of the things that make us similar. Those things common to all humanity are far more numerous than our differences.
@RealArtisans @parislees Which while are important, need to be recognised, identified and respected. Are all minor grains on the vast surface of commonality we all have as people.
@RealArtisans @parislees Color, race, culture, religion, intolerance, rigid thinking, are all learned, and in many ways imposed by the various cultures we live in.

Someone should set up a scorecard for various companies to fill in how long it takes them to get name changes processed, for trans people and the like (some people just change their name BECAUSE).
and including what processes they made you go through.
like can you go on their site and just click the "EDIT" button on the name field and 20 seconds later, you're done?
Do you have to call them? go in-store? both? do you have to send them certified mail? does it take a long time?
will they refuse to sell you a phone until you can show up with a valid ID in your old name despite having changed your name on their site 6 years ago?
NOT THAT I'M MENTIONING ANY SPECIFIC PHONE COMPANIES HERE...

First, an important disclaimer: I will be taking Lady Macbeth's word for it that she has previously had children, and I'll be assuming that they died.

I have seen arguments about the historical veracity of this, and about Lady Macbeth as a mother, but I see no textual reason to disbelieve her.

In comparison to many other Shakespeare plays in which generational conflict or parent/child relationships are a central concern -- Hamlet, R&J, Othello, King Lear, Henry 4, Tempest -- children seem to haunt the margins of Macbeth.

Once ConAir flight found 100s of snake on the flight. A man came forward & said he has exp. to catch snake but its too risky on flight. He will charge $10000 per snake. All agreed. He soon caught all & was rewarded. Yr later someone asked how, he disclosed they were not poisonous
Morale of the story is while Gurus may say Naked puts are always poisonous, there may be many that are not. Backtest and keep openmind. May be that’s where the money is if not nag mani.

Every day next few days I'll share one #depression/#anxiety insight from my own experience. If it helps anyone a wee bit, it'll be worth it.
1. "#Happiness" can scare #anxiety patients. In our heads, things are always going wrong. Fear of a "happy" moment undone is doubly painful.
Sorry, this won't be a daily affair as I had earlier imagined. But here's insight #2 based on my brush with #depression/#anxiety.
