1/ This was just posted on TMC. I have not yet verified it, but these would be huge buys for ARKK today (ARK was holding 578,707 shares of $TSLA as of yesterday).
2/ Since you can subscribe to daily trade notifications here (h/t @BSA19741) I believe it might be legit. Trade with care. This needs to be confirmed. $TSLA

3/ Confirmed the trades but they are for 3 different ARK ETFs $TSLA
ARKK - 67807 shares
ARKQ - 3411 shares
ARKW - 206,115 shares
4/ I have a hard time reconciling ARK's data. ARK is both stating that ARKW bought 206,115 shares of $TSLA today and that ARKW is holding 163,874 shares as of 4/25/2019. I assume above trade data for ARKW to be wrong. $TSLA

1/Official documents regarding the $TSLA FCA emission pooling in the EU. The documents contain not much information except the duration being 2019. It is not clear to me why FCA would pay "hundreds of millions of euros" for pooling in 2019.
2/ Such an amount would make much more sense for 2020/21 when the regulation in the EU becomes much stricter. Unfortunately the FT article has very little information on how the deal is structured and if there is a underlying contract for the following years. $TSLA
3/ Norway was recently (start of 2019) included in the EU fleet averages.

1/ This is only the starting point which made me dig deeper. The timing of this filing (28th Dec) wrt to the SpaceX raise is interesting. Referenced are loans with Morgan Stanely for a total of ~$61m
2/ The question is. When were these loans taken out? What was the money used for? The first question should be possible to answer through public filings. The problem is that the properties are owned by various LLCs, which makes the whole undertaking a bit more
3/ complicated. Let's dig in.

1/ The German Model 3 in not priced attractively for $TSLA:
Yesterday I did some calculations on the German Model 3 pricing (which is probably the worst European price for Tesla)
Cash price for AWD is 56,380 €
2/ The price includes 19% VAT (9.002 €)
56,380 € - 9,002 € = 47,378€
Then there is a 10% import duty
47.378€ / 1.10 = 43.071€
That's $50.393, $600 less than the US price after price cuts
Now one needs to consider:
a) shipping
b) no credits (GHG, ZEV)
3/ Exchange rate seems to have been too high
$49,138 (at 1,14 USD/EUR)

Let me explain to you what I learned on this topic in my reasearch #TSLA #TSLAQ 1/
We'll start with the bitter truth. The "shadow driver that just sits there in the computer comparing notes and sending discrepancies and interesting events to Tesla" is a myth. I used to think people just misunderstood Elon, but now I believe Tesla lies about it on purpose 2/
What Tesla actually has is automatic data collection of "events". This data collection has two facets: fixed and "campaigns" as I am going to refer to them. The difference is the "fixed" events are hardcoded in the code while "campaigns" are uploaded to (some) cars often 3/

Today is a day of huge participation for the yellow vest movement. There is significant presence in a huge number of locations today, but best of all Paris is a major conflict zone once more.

Seeing the cop on the left get kicked in the face is pure joy.
Everyone loves this boxer. He is turning into a meme on French meme sites now. "Le boxeur mythique", like a cop-bashing Technoviking. He definitely looks like some kind of Norman warlord.

The vests have returned in force to Puy-en-Velay, where a month ago they set fire to a préfecture (French equivalent to a federal building) with the head préfet still inside.

Someone may have told them of the Killdozer, because today they are menacing with heavy vehicles.

The YouTube algorithm that I helped build in 2011 still recommends the flat earth theory by the *hundreds of millions*. This investigation by @RawStory shows some of the real-life consequences of this badly designed AI.
This spring at SxSW, @SusanWojcicki promised "Wikipedia snippets" on debated videos. But they didn't put them on flat earth videos, and instead @YouTube is promoting merchandising such as "NASA lies - Never Trust a Snake". 2/

Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
