Earlier this week I had a opportunity to ask a U.S. Congressman a question in a forum, met for photo w/ Dr. Ben Carson & met Herman Cain in a different venue. Guess what I found out? They arent much different from me & have sound minds.
A sound mind means, one has: Common Sense.

Seems that Common Sense is VOID in the opposition party, i.e. the Democrats. When you have a party that is in total denial of facts and have clearly become the opposite of reasonable, it shows that party has lost common sense.

The question I asked Representative Dan Crenshaw (@dancrenshawtx) from Texas was about the 9th Circuit and what is our “ re-course “ against abrasive, out of control nationwide injunctions. I mentioned how any federal judge can override the President’s orders.

Wanna know what he said? He believes at some point if the Ninth Circuit were to continue issuing INCORRECT rulings as they have been (which have been slapped back down by the Supreme Court), he believes Trump should disregard them.

Now a resister would say, “ Whoa. You want Trump to act like a dictator? “
Well what other choice do we really have here? If Dems can simply pick any one of the 673 Federal Judges in any district court of America to issue a restraining order against Trump’s executive power...

...delaying Trump’s policy by 1 year and a half until the INCORRECT ruling reaches the Supreme Court, it stops America from being the representative republic it intended to be. Don’t get me started on how many people call America, a democracy. We are a REPUBLIC not a democracy.

As a tidbit none of the House/Senate would move to Impeach any of the Judges who make INCORRECT rulings in District Courts. Also American Bar Association oversees 411,000 Judges and Lawyers. ABA current chief and former Chief both said Mueller should have “ Unfettered Power. “

Let that sink in... Marinate on that.

One other thing to note the Supreme Court is under no obligation to expedite cases. Taking a case on an emergency basis is at the sole discretion of the judge who is on the bench. So the issue here again is if Trump makes NEW policy it can be halted by one of 673 federal judges.
