Shunning impeachment judicial proceedings, if House Dems issue a Contempt Citation to AG Barr for not producing the full Mueller Report & it then drags out in court for the rest of the year, how weak will Dems look?
So I guess if 10 counts of obstruction, abuse of power, contempt of Congress & collusion with Russia is all Mueller established, then if @SpeakerPelosi was Speaker in 1974, Nixon would have never resigned. @RepJerryNadler
Without invoking impeachment judicial processes, AG Barr can drag this out for many months.
“Sirica devoted extensive attention to the notion of ‘judicial proceeding’ & whether a judicial proceeding was unfolding in the House Judiciary.”

“American officials have promised to continue to try to counter block & weaken Russian intelligence operations, they’ve complained of a lack of high-level coordination. Trump has little interest or patience for hearing about such warnings”

THIS is how Dems should play it. Congress has impeachment authority in the Constitution. SCOTUS has no jurisdiction over those processes. Like Trump can't "take impeachment to SCOTUS" neither can Mnuchin or Barr. I bet Dems won't. Takers?

“Majority of Americans didn't support Impeachment Hearings of Nixon before they started. However, after the hearings started, majority of the people supported the Impeachment Hearings. @SpeakerPelosi @HouseDemocrats must start hearings.”

"Pelosi, fearing 2020 election fallout from such a politically divisive step, had asked Democratic investigators to hold off & simply continue their inquiries. But Trump’s no-cooperation stance is blocking that mission."
