THIS is how Dems should play it. Congress has impeachment authority in the Constitution. SCOTUS has no jurisdiction over those processes. Like Trump can't "take impeachment to SCOTUS" neither can Mnuchin or Barr. I bet Dems won't. Takers?

I've said it 100 times: "without invoking impeachment investigation processes" their subpoenas can be challenged in court and dragged out for months. Impeachment related subpoenas can't be, because SCOTUS has no authority over impeachment processes.
