Are the latest polls showing a Biden bounce, or a Bernie collapse after his monumental gaffe about restoring the voting rights for the Boston bomber?

I'm not convinced it's not. That's a toxic campaign ender in a normal modern American political campaign.
To be clear, I'm not saying it is over for Bernie Sanders. But that remark was made at the least opportune time and we're likely seeing the result of that combination, rather than an organic surge for a candidate who represents the past. Also, I have to say this....

Geriatric Joe Biden is the best Democrats have? Stop pretending this is a deep bench. A record 20 candidates are running, and their best hope is a two-time loser the party never wanted?

I think some people are allowing themselves to be deluded again.

None of the blue checks attacking @realDonaldTrump for retweeting InfoWars and @PrisonPlanet are actually disputing the content of the videos.

When did crying like a baby, faking outrage, and/or taking online tantrums supplant making an actual argument?

I watched them both. The InfoWars video interviews young minorities who support @realDonaldTrump.

What's your objection?

Not only did Brian Williams cut @LindseyGrahamSC and lie to @MSNBC audience about the Mueller report's findings, but @Newsweek lied about it being a fact-check.

No wonder we still have deluded collusion truthers.

This is full-on police state propaganda.

Try to follow along with the police state propaganda. @MSNBC and others have spent 2.5 years accusing @realDonaldTrump of a fake, non-existent crime. The Mueller report exonerates him, and they use a fraud like Brian Williams to call @LindseyGrahamSC a liar b/c it's a fake crime.
Irony of it all, at least with this incident, is that @LindseyGrahamSC laid out the facts and actually said, and I'm summarizing, "now watch the media lie about this."

And they did!

This is mental illness and propaganda masquerading as fact-checking and journalism.

I suppose it's not the same thing as voting rights *while* in prison, but seems noteworthy that a ballot initiative to restore voting rights to *ex*-felons passed 65-35 (!) in Florida last year, in an election where Democrats otherwise had pretty bad results in the state.
I guess I'm surprised that Democratic POTUS candidates aren't more willing to Overton-Window-shift on voting rights. Some of it probably polls better than you'd think with swing voters and (not breaking any news) expanding/protecting voting rights generally helps Ds electorally.
Bernie's response was pretty unequivocal on this so don't mean to lump all Democrats together. I don't get what, like, Harris is doing though. cnn.it/2XGnBI7

Am I in the twilight zone? Do I really need to explain why an older man (in a position of power) putting his hand on the thigh of a 19-year-old who had just talked about being sexually assaulted is WRONG? Especially when she said she squirmed to get his hand away?

As Pres Trump prepares to support the First Step Act, a criminal justice bill authored by Reps. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) and Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), several lawmakers on the Hill today have expressed caution about it including Sen Booker who told me he is still negotiating about it
Representative Sheila Jackson Lee tells me that she wants sentencing reform added to the First Step Act because she is thinking of the many families whose loved ones are serving extremely long prison sentences for things such as nonviolent drug offenses.
I went to @NationalAction’s event on the Hill featuring several lawmakers. None of the lawmakers I talked w/ were elated about First Step Act which Pres. Trump plans to support. The main sticking points: federally restoring felon voting rights & retroactive sentence reductions.
