I have begun employment tribunal proceedings for discrimination. This will be a test case to establish that “gender-critical” views are protected beliefs under the Equality Act 2010, as a philosophical belief.
If we can establish this point in law it would help others who are afraid to speak up at work, people being kicked out of political parties and membership organisations and from social media for expressing gender critical beliefs. objectnow.org/objects-doxxin… janeclarejones.com/2018/09/26/twi…

...but the point is people should be able to think and talk and disagree about policy issues openly. Institutions whose job it is to hold open that space are instead shutting it down. And that is always scary.
