I don't know whether to give any oxygen to that show about a white man pretending to be a Black woman (complete with his version of AAVE) in order to get his son into private school. Rhymes with Moesha. I do know I put my head in my hands after watching the trailer.
The only reason I think it may be an elaborate troll is that I went to their Twitter page and the tweets are years old and the account has been around for a while. That doesn't make any sense. It's the name+movie if you want to look for yourself.
I went to the only film site talking about the movie & the article is... shaky. It says the movie showed at a film festival, but there's no listing of they movie on the festival's site. It says that the movie will drop in July, but the link doesn't indicate such on that site.
See what I mean? The film festival is saying the movie never showed there.
