I have notice some confusion in the twitterverse about the relationship between the 1st amendment and the banning of Nazis, 'Alt-Righters', White Supremacists, & others for what they allege as protected speech. First and formost, the forum where these statements is 1/
/are made are not government managed or run - Instagram/Facebook even though they are used by the public to publish a myraid of things. Therefore, these entities can moderate and limit speech including banning those they believe violate their rules. SCOTUS has held 2/

Oh @RudyGiuliani there sure is. You can’t use the fruits of espionage to further yourself in an American election. You also can’t have an enemy nation like Russia attack our sovereignty to ensure you get elected to the presidency. Seems you might be enjoying a cell next to Trump.

Gotta call this out.

The media is SO DAMN IRRESPONSIBLE.

The NYT tweeted that Barr said spying occurred on the Trump campaign...without any qualification, context, using "claimed' instead of said, nor a follow up correction.

And so this tweet lives on, misinforming the public.
The Washington Post did a better job...they provided context, conveyed the gravity of such an assertion, and used "thinks" instead of presenting the claim as a fact.

However, no follow up was issued when Barr clarified his claim.

And this tweet lives on.
#WATCH: Barr was ultimately forced to clarify.

First, he said that he meant "unauthorized surveillance" not "spying."

...AND...

"I AM NOT SAYING IMPROPER SURVEILLANCE OCCURED. I am saying that I am concerned about it and am looking into it. That's all."

Looking at the Viceroy's claim that NEPI Rockcastle is “fundamentally overpriced” even if there are no other issues. They look at Price to Book, and Dividend Yield ratios as measures to determine whether listed real estate companies are overvalued. This is very simplistic.
While P/B and Yield may be a part of the analysis of real estate companies, no serious real estate investor would use them as the primary methodologies for determining a fair investment value.
When we value real estate companies we primarily use discounted cash flow, as well as NAV models, and focus on the strength and growth of cash flows and NAV growth and resilience.

Competence is knowing what to do in a situation and how to do it. It is not the same as excellence.
Excellence is dependent on other people, like judges, examiners, teachers, assessors, inspectors, auditors. But we can't control these people and whether they think we're excellent or not.

High Speed 2 continues to stir up debate...

Why it is being prioritised over other corridors such as those in the north or south west? Does it follow the best route? Is it necessary at all?

This little thread should help explain things.
Firstly, Britain's railways are getting busier... Our network is the most densely trafficked in Europe, even before you consider freight.

On key routes, existing lines are already reaching capacity.
Before discussing how to alleviate pressure on the network, let's consider the major areas of population and economic output.

These "hubs" are the clusters of cities that are, for example, connected by less than an hour's travel.

#b 'Teknik menjawab' is not a series of rituals that you carry out to secure an A in the exam. You don't get guaranteed an A just through superficial actions like highlighting keywords or drawing meniscus or inserting isi tersirat.
The problem is students and teachers treat teknik menjawab as some sort of pseudo magical ritualistic gestures that will bring a certain outcome. Draw a pentagram, slaughter a chicken, and your wish will be granted.
Some remote Pacific Islanders in 1940s came in contact with Allied and Japanese soldiers who were more technologically advanced and thought the soldiers were gods who had many "cargo" (canned food, electronics, modern stuff)
