A lesson in white feminism and fragility in four parts. Alyssa Milano is allergic to accountabilty. Many folks have tried with her. Instead of addressing, processing and engaging honestly she gaslights and then plays victim. Her ego is writing checks she can’t cash. Not the one. 
Alyssa fell a part in complete Miss Millie tears because she thought she could punk me. She thinks with her platform and celebrity she can silence me and anyone else who has ever tried to call her in. This was my second time in a more private space trying, because she moves funny
You cannot claim space in progressive movement spaces and 1) work against movement, 2) throw your support behind someone who has done so many of us harm with no concern for the position that puts others in let alone trust 3) we can’t have people just doing things for the press
Alyssa invited me to show the email to whomever because she thinks she’s untouchable. The miss Millie I’ve done so much for you People is gross. Alyssa meaning well or being a nice person you know in real life is irrelevant when we tell you her impact is harmful
And honestly people who continue to prioritize problematic folks like Alyssa over movement spaces and BIPOC women specifically need to re-evaluate their values. The fact that no space can hold her accountable is a problem.
Alyssa tried to check me in March with a press conference “she” was having in the fight for HB 481 which she had to be organized behind the scenes to do. Alyssa thinks I’m a peon and I don’t know how she moves and lies.
This is not a misunderstanding/ miscommunication. The worst emails I cannot share. She doesn’t look good at all. This is a pattern. She’s done this to other people. She’s put other orgs in a tight spot with her antics in March. Someone white needs to talk to her.
I wouldn’t back down so she decided to cry, the tears that would’ve gotten my ancestors murdered. Tears we know have destroyed entire communities. If I had a different professional space could cost me my job. She falsely claimed I doxxed her children putting a target on me.
