Been intrigued lately by the “existence stack” - from thoughts and ideas ,to language, to brains, to bodies (the breath, sleep. stress hormones, muscular tension, diet, appetites) to p2p relationships (games people play), to communities and environments - exocortexes, culture...
Specifically I think I’m curious about finding effective “lines of action” that run through the entire stack, allowing you to effectively enact the most dramatic amount of change across the whole stack with minimum effective effort
