Was re-listening to The Script’s For The First Time a few hours ago and for some reason it stirred something in both me and my wife, and we sat together, hugging and listening. Still thinking about that, about the role music and art plays in emotional regulation 
I was v passionate about music in my teenage years - it was my main thing, I spent most of my time going to gigs, playing in bands, organising gigs, arguing on local music forums... I wrote a whole novel about this (sitting on the draft before editing)
