⭐️ Over the years, since college, I allowed myself to believe women’s reproductive freedom was secured. Or at least if I were honest, thought my feminist friends would do the hard work of fighting to keep abortion safe and legal.

After law school, and a decade of working in the private sector, watching the Enron implosion and the harm caused by fraud and corruption, I joined academia and shifted my focus to corporate power and economic inequality. Again. Just thought everything would be fine.

That was both naïve and selfish. As mentioned. My focus this presidential campaign is on policy. I cannot support any Democratic candidate who is not unabashedly, unapologetically, consistently pro-choice. Our bodies, our choice.
