2. #ErionVeliaj was elected on 'zero construction' promise in historic central areas of #Tirana. During his first mandate he has turned said area into a massive construction site and is destroying the few quiet remaining islands of 1920s Tirana - Durres and Kavaja streets area.
3. #ErionVeliaj has loaded utility bills he controls with new and increased taxes, tripling these bills and making them unaffordable to poor Tirana residents, who at the same time might find themselves unemployed as Lali's 'police' thugs attacks small vendors any chance they get.
4. In the name of progressive and development policies [but more likely under orders from the construction mob], #ErionVeliaj has taken to thuggishly destroy the homes of the most vulnerable people in society without due process and without compensation.
5. At Bregu i Lumit, police fired tear gas into people's homes to get them to vacate them so they could be demolished. This incident is an indictment not only #ErionVeliaj/#Rilindje - but also on internationals who enable such gross human rights violations through indifference.
6. #ErionVeliaj has created the most sophisticated #PropagandaAL machine this country has ever seen in cooperation with the construction mob and the media that it owns. Albanians are spoon-fed propaganda on the nightly news, all produced by #LaliEri's massive propaganda team.
7. So I told my friend, #ErionVeliaj the propaganda evangelist is indeed hard at work, but not in ways that aim to help the average Tirana resident. He is there to continue to enrich #Rilindje, the construction mob and the rest of the oligarchs. For me an you there is only 🖕.
