This is not squirming. This is someone trying to express a nuanced position and being met with a level of stupidity which will never comprehend it.
His point was plainly that what might be considered tolerable for a male political leader, surrounded by security, might not be the case for a woman, esp without security.
But of course there's no chance of anyone having a grown up conversation about how you draw the line between mockery and intimidation, by virtue of context, identity etc. Just shouty hamface doing the shouty shouty.
