John Minford #SunTzu 6: 19-23 "By reinforcing his vanguard, he weakens his rear; by reinforcing his rear, he weakens his vanguard. By reinforcing his right flank, he weakens his left; by reinforcing his left, he weakens his right. By reinforcing every part, he weakens every part.

Today's focus is on #SunTzu 6: 20 "by reinforcing his rear, he weakens his vanguard."

For the Progressive Left, the formation is broken down by wealth. We discussed how inequality creates their phalanx, yesterday. We must break that down a bit more, today. The rich are the vanguard, the poor are the rear.

The siren song of socialism is that we'll take from the rich and give to the poor. We'll weaken the vanguard in order to reinforce the rear. But what actually happens in a socialist regime? The poor get poorer. The rich get richer. Look at them both right now.

@realDonaldTrump has turned around the wage inversion for the first time in 50 years. It is only now, a bit more than two years into his administration, that we see unemployment so low that the bottom-level wages are rising. He is actually helping the poor.

Under Obama, the rigged economy did nothing but reinforce the vanguard by weakening the rear. This is always the lie. Every time socialism sinks is evil roots, the poor are those who suffer, the rich invert the promise. Yeah, they say, take what you need from us!

They say it, sometimes self-deluded, actually thinking they're helping the poor. But, stepping out of their limos and getting into their private jets, they know that they will never suffer a single inconvenience over the new laws. They may not even manage their own money.

The rich who manage their own money, or the money managers that the rich employ all know, every government rule, intended to take from the rich, will end up taking from the poor and reinforcing the rich. Consider healthcare. Are the rich suffering right now, under Obamacare?

Who owns the stock of the hospitals, pharmacies and drug makers? The rich do. And they're all doing just fine. Who suffers as the bloated costs soar? The poor suffer. As rationing kicks in, which it always does, the poor watch their sick, and fear entering the hospital.

It is absolutely critical that we understand, the "weaken the rich to serve the poor" lie is always that, a lie. It never happens. Some of the rich often suffer too, under socialism, not the truly rich, but those on the higher end of the scale yet still not the truly rich.

Please read all verses above, and also read the rest of chapter 6. As we move forward in verses 21 - 23, we will be discussing rights vs advantages. The right flank in politics, is all about rights and responsibilities. The left is about promised advantages at cost of rights.

Let's look again now, at what it might mean in reality to weaken the vanguard and reinforce the rear. That's what happened in 1789 when we ratified our constitution. We took power away from the most powerful, called separation of powers.

We protected the minority from the tyranny of the majority and did so most especially with the invention of the Electoral College. We did so again with the 14th amendment in 1868, extending the vote to all the previously disenfranchised.

And again in 1920, we finally recognized the fundamental humanity of women empowering them with the right to vote in the 19th amendment. That is how you actually reinforce the rear, the downtrodden, the oppressed. You give them real powers, by rightful law.

Let's look at one more example from today's real world. Consider the fate of Bill O'Reilly. His show on FOX was number 1 for who knows how many years, 15, more? Who benefits from his demise? MSNBC, CNN, and the rest of the liberal left's cable news shows benefit.

The masters at FOX are seeking to gain left-leaning market share, assuming that they already own the right. We'll talk about that more in the coming two days as we turn to left and right flanks. But you have to ask, how do you kill the number 1 show? Killing Bill O'Reilly, eh?

On topic, mention must be given to James Rosen. I found him to be the best researcher and best straight news journalist we had. He was at the front of the vanguard. Obviously, they had to take him down, and down they took him. I will never forgive them for that.

Let's end today's meditation there, the take down of James Rosen. Master Sun tells us, if you reinforce your rear, you'll weaken your vanguard. It is a law. It is impossible for it not to occur. He doesn't say this, as he thinks he's speaking to intelligent people. NEVER...

NEVER let your enemy weaken your vanguard. Friends, if we're to follow Master Sun's counsel, we must know who our friends are and who are our enemies. Those who took down Rosen were our enemies. So also, with Bill O. Tactics on this point are clear.

When advancing, reinforce your vanguard. When retreating, reinforce your rear. Truth is, as is proven by the election of @realDonaldTrump, we're advancing. We must reinforce our vanguard. Our leaders who face the challenge of the Progressive Left.

And I say, we must remove the benefit of the term "progressive" from them. They don't deserve that name. They are actually the Retrograde Left. They want to go backward to times when the powerful ruled all, and the rearguard owned nothing. The rearguard?

Who is the rearguard? You and me. Those of us who work to win a living for ourselves and our families each and every day. Farmers, we are. Whether we till the soil or making prospecting phone calls, we are the rearguard. We are not the rich and mighty. We work.

We dream of wealth and power, and maybe we'll succeed our way there. But, no matter, we are the heartbeat of America. We in the middle or the rear, we're not rich. We simply show up and work. We are the sleeping giant of America. We elected @realDonaldTrump.

Hell, in 1776, we weakened the vanguard of society, we elevated the rearguard by enfranchising each citizen with the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We added the right of property to that in 1789. If followed, adhered to, those rights reinforce the rear.

Be clear. Socialism is a lie. It does not reinforce the rear. It steals everything they own. Who benefits? The vanguard, the forefront, the leaders of society, the rich. The Russian term is Apparatchiks. Only the high and mighty benefit. Please, do not forget the lie.
