2. The Trump EO addresses the implementation of Obama's 2009 Intelligence classification EO 13526. It allows Barr to declassify under 3.1 (a) something that no longer fits the criteria for classification or; under 3.1(d), declassification as follows:

So Jeremy Dash is likely right that Barr could cherry pick information and release it publicly in what I would term a propaganda attack. But the agencies will know.

7. I think there is still enough power in the IC agencies to jam this up until we get Barr impeached for treason. @SpeakerPelosi Barr's case can't wait. You need to send the message to IC we know who Barr is and call NSA to disclose the catalog of all unmasked Trump intercepts.
