Yep. Staff knew patients well enough to engage in deliberate and targeted terrorisation behind locked doors. And perform their arses off for the inspectors.
159 hours overtime a month... so these bastards were filling their boots too. Another strand that needs scrutiny.

As an aside, I remember @auntyfrances saying about agency worker turning up to do a shift at a children's unit. He didn't know how to enter the building.

The high levels of restraint were due to the high complex needs of the patients and comparable with other Danshell services. [Sob]
Support and debriefing sessions for staff. Patients receive 'feedback'. This is monstrous.
Was it 32 minutes that a patient was pinned down in a corridor with his head wedged between someone's knees while staff laughed and shared chewing gum?
Do patients cherish these brief moments of 'care' or rage at the machine that is the @CareQualityComm (and others) failing them so brutally.

Staff were reminded visitors needed to sign in and wear a badge. Meetings ended with a 'fun question of the day'. Christ on a fucking bike.
