On the basis of various journeys around the UK, including the last couple of days. you are much more likely to hear people talk politics than ever before but - crucially - it is more in frustration than anger with Brexit
The Farage rallies, remain campaigns, and angry folk on twitter are simply not typical of what I overhear or talk with people about. "still not been sorted" or "I think the leave vote was a shame" seem the most frequent type of sentiments
I have to wonder how much Brexit "anger" is a media confection as that is news (the partisans on both sides will love that) - not invented but massively amplified. And how much frustration is down to lack of direction more than any specifics.
I don't believe there will be mass revolt if either we leave with no deal or end up remaining. The frustration is nothing having been resolved, and endless talk. Angry keyboard warriors will no doubt be strident when we do have a direction, but perhaps not the general public /end
