If Corbyn was calling for a general election he'd win, that would be one thing, but having seen what his hesitation around a public vote has already done to Labour's popularity in the European Elections, pushing for an election while still hesitating is utterly POINTLESS!
They don't like it when I put my conspiracy hat on but when Labour's decisions don't make sense I have to try and make sense of them:

The fundamental mistake you're making if you don't understand why people like me are so angry with Corbyn, is "timing".
If Corbyn had been saying "when the time comes we'll support a public vote" in June last year, we'd have been over the moon.
