EVM Vote Count Mismatch In 370+ Seats and EC Refuses to Explain!

First, the voter turnout/votes polled data on the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) &

But ECI seldom care to explain!
The author done a detailed data analysis and found that of the 373 constituencies polled in the first four phases, there were surplus votes counted in over 220 of them – in the rest, vote deficits were recorded.

No explanations needed, don't question the holy cow!
Quint had emailed the EC questions on the discrepancies in all 373 constituencies . An EC officer even contacted us saying that they will send a reply soon. By afternoon, they found that the ticker mentioning “final voter turnout” mysteriously disappeared from the EC’s website!
According to an EVM expert, there shouldn’t be a mismatch of even a single vote and if a mismatch surfaces, the EC officer on counting duty should immediately flag it to his seniors.
It is a very serious issue, and the EC should provide an explanation as soon as possible in the public interest, to maintain the transparency and integrity of the election process, the expert said.
I noticed a similar nature of disparity in Kerala data too and asked to one of my friends, who is a senior ECI official, though he promised to revert back, after many days no information is forthcoming.
Though it is not a big number, this discrepancy warrants an explanation.

For example, ECI website shows EVM votes in Kasargod as 10,96,143 votes.
Voter Turnout Application of ECI same time showing the number as 10,96,470 votes!

How 327 votes reduced from Voter Turnout to EVM votes?

My question was simple..whether it contains the postal ballots received on the election day?

No answer!
To all those heavy weight journalists asking us to shut up and move on...

Just a small reminder...

An IAS officer questioned this @TheQuint report points that Voter Turnout App data is to show trends and form No. 17 C is the right info.

My QN is simple, what prevents ECI to update the Voter Turnout App with info from 17C on next day of polling?

Now my prognosis:

Dont fall into the news that these notes are going to be withdrawn, they will stay there!!

RBI is in a dilemma with these ₹2000 notes, which used as a quick fix solution, yep, they are facing the proverbial situation of between devil with deep sea.
₹2000 notes was a quick fix solution during DeMon to replace ₹1000 notes, which are in circulation, numbering 6.858 billion, which constituted 38% of the total Currency in Circulation (CIC).

Why?

If you change the denomination, you should need only 3.429 billion ₹2000 notes

Comparison between votes polled and votes counted in MP assembly election:
The votes matched only for 26 out of 230 constituencies.
If there is more votes in EVM than polled, EC blames presiding officers for not clearing mock votes. I disagree because minimum 50 mock votes are polled on each booth (ECI Rule), there is no explanation if difference is less than 50 votes.

Heres the new 'tamper-proof' Electronic Voting Machines 'Mark-3' launched by GoI to be used at 1800 centres in Karnataka elections for trial & entirely during 2019. Interestingly still the EVM code suppossed to be secret was fused by American Microchip & Japanese Ranesas?
#EVMs like all other machines, are prone to errors and malfunctioning. No machine ever made anywhere in the world is infallible. Machines are also prone to manipulations. Indian electronic voting machines are no exception.

In crucial confidence vote to decide fate of MMS govt in Sept 08 whole nation witnessed on live TV how as many as 54 elected members of parliament failed to register their votes electronically. Utter chaos & confusion prevailed & finally these MPs were allowed to vote manually.
If India's 543 lawmakers themselves have difficulty in voting on electronic system installed in parliament isn't it nonsensical to ask if India's 714 million electorate – many of whom can neither read nor write – have any difficulty voting on electronic voting machines #EVMs?
