The judge in the Chapo case has denied the kingpin's motion for outdoor exercise in the Manhattan federal jail noting that while he's been an "exemplary" prisoner so far, he's still a threat to escape.
The judge also denied Chapo's motion for earplugs to solve his problems with ear pain, calling it "illogical."

Also denied: Chapo's plea to buy stuff from the general population commissary. As a point of reference, toothpaste at the MCC goes for $2.35 a tube. A comb is 85 cents. And nacho cheese chips are $1.45.
