Besides Cummings' border comments & Fox news segment, it's ironic Trump is bashing Cummings when tenants in Baltimore have been suing Kushner Companies for abusive practices & poor living conditions (in 2017 Cummings signed Dem letter to investigate)

Interesting.. a British tanker in the Persian Gulf has come to a complete stop. Would expect it to start heading south but as of now it's completely stopped.

Boat is the PACIFIC VOYAGER, image of the ship and it's location compared to Iran seen below.
Don't panic or anything, I'm going to monitor this until it makes another movement.
#UPDATE: Boat still stopped, it's status is officially stopped instead of underway using engine. It's at 0.5 knts as of now.

“It’s not one size fits all … but in a sense the stay litigation is the ballgame, and the burden is on the person resisting the subpoena to demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits, as well as that it is in the interests of justice,” Wright said.

This now the SECOND Cambridge Analytica employee to have been subpoenaed by Mueller. Sam Patten - whose business partner Mueller identified as linked to Russian intelligence - has already entered into a plea deal. Kaiser is first figure, however, linked directly to Brexit.

This has been a long haul for @profcarroll. We first wrote about his battle to get this data here. Today, Cambridge Analytica finally concede that he had a right to this data. Next question: will he actually get it?
