Will people who support Amash also support doing away with the Civil Rights Act? etc?
I'm not being snarky. Do all his views matter, or only the one on impeachment? They're pretending they want him to be president, so it obviously matters.
As far as I can tell Amash doesn't believe in any restrictions on gun ownership. So that's a good one. I bet it will be very popular.

I sympathize with many of his positions. But the idea that moderate Rs want him to run for any reason other than his impeachment position is ludicrous. They would consider him a radical in any other scenario.

Amash is an idealistic libertarian. Libertarians will love him. No one else will.
Here he is on the civil rights act. I was just pointing to that issue because it's one often trips up libertarians.
