#SCOTUS granted cert in McKinney v. Arizona this morning, which is a second attempt by @neal_katyal to get the justices to look at the death penalty in Arizona. They denied cert in the first case, but granted this one. Background: scotusblog.com/case-files/cas…
First #SCOTUS decision is in Quarles v. US, where Kavanaugh has the unanimous decision of the court, affirming the 6th Circuit in (yet another) Armed Career Criminal Act question: supremecourt.gov/opinions/18pdf…
