It's deeply amusing to see the same grifters who made dozens of videos about how doomed Vic's defendants were based upon his legal team's filings now saying that we can't trust legal filings as the responses are coming in and poking significant holes in his case lmao.
It's almost like when a given person submits documents to the court, those documents will claim they're in the right and put forth all the evidence that makes them look good, glad to see these people discovering that all of a sudden.
The libel-proof argument should be a pretty rock-solid one. Like, Digi has videos from years ago mentioning that he thought Vic was probably a sex pest, I'd heard the stories for years myself. It's undeniable that he had a pervasive reputation for being creepy with fans.
The only thing in doubt in regards to this argument is how difficult it will be to prove, since reputation is a fairly abstract thing. It is absolutely objectively the case that he was viewed like this, asserting it concretely is probably tricky.
