As the student of political science I find no extraordinary in his speech. PM is the head of the "state" he isn't the head of the virtue. States are not run by personal interests, likings and dislikings. It runs by vision, planning and thought. These three are confused in him >
His vision is not documented but idealised which is dangerous in its own. Idealism in politics focus on the notion that "how state should be" though visions as we say should be realist in nature which emphasize on "what state in reality is". Planning, another bunch of hyperboles>
