The usual suspects—CNN, WashPo, NYT—reported that a “former British intelligence officer” was reliable and credible; Steele was the last honest man trying to save the world from Donald Trump.

But it was all another media-manufactured lie about collusion:

As Congressional investigations continued, we learned the truth about Steele. He was a paid political operative for Clinton campaign and DNC. Far from being honest and reliable, he was fired by the FBI for talking with the media before the 2016 election...

Steele also was repping Oleg Deripaska, the Putin-tied Russian oligarchs in trouble with the US government.

Steele was tight with Bruce and Nellie Ohr, and had ties to Obama State Department.
