Tuukka Rask is the reason the @NHLBruins got to Game 7. It’s not his fault the rest of the team couldn’t finish at the net, had chaotic ill-timed changes, and looked like a mess for half the game. Give Binnington and @StLouisBlues credit.

I think NBC accidentally broadcast @NHLBruins @StLouisBlues Game 5 again last night.
Same 1st period Bruins fury, same Binnington heroics.
Except this broadcast played the 2d and 3d period Bruins possessions in solo-mo w/ clown car soundtrack.
Fell behind, fell apart.
On Earth B, the 2016 election goes differently, my legal history tweets still get single digit likes, but my @celtics @RedSox @NHLBruins @Patriots takes and bad sports puns go what would’ve felt viral to me then: double-digit likes.
I’d take Earth B.

Come on, @foxnews. This is factually incorrect clickbait. Gamble would have no effect on Manafort either way:

This is false: “Had the court ruled the other way in Monday's case, Gamble v. United States, and eliminated the dual sovereignty doctrine, a pardon from President Trump would have left Manafort free and clear.” No, there are totally separate offenses in NY, CA, and IL.

Credit Alito's method.
2/ As I started to read, I thought Thomas's concurrence might be an admirable example of open-mindedness. He'd been skeptical of dual sovereignty, but was unpersuaded by historical record. Analysis of that record? One cursory paragraph.
No, he wanted to move on to his own agenda.
3/ Thomas's opinion deserves harsh criticism. That one cursory paragraph is really just an attack on Congress and the modern growth of federal power, then throwing shade at RBG.
But RBG's discussion of history is thin and disappointing. She should take originalism more seriously.

On Trump's answers on meeting foreign officials with info, people are overstating the first half of Trump's answer (meetings have to be OK), and underemphasizing the second half ("Oppo research" is not OK, likely a "thing of value."). I wrote in 2017: 1/

It has to be legal for campaign officials to meet with foreign officials and discuss candidates. If a European official had seen Trump bank records and met with a Clinton staffer to raise questions, would that've been illegal?

3/ Many are trying to distinguish arranging the Trump Tower meeting - in itself - as illegal (or at least a duty to call FBI), while claiming that hiring Steele, a Brit, to talk to foreign sources was fine. It's hairsplitting.
Both arrangements generally must not be criminalized

per @fielding's disseration, in order to achieve his desired architectural properties (chap02) and meet the WWW's domain requirements (chap04), he wanted to establish a set of required constraints (chap05). most ppl just focus on chap05 and i recommend focusing on chap02. 2/10
there @fielding makes a case that arch properties are induced by the set of contraints you select. thus, he creates his set of contraints for inducing his desired properties and names that #REST. 3/10
