Wow, I thought this panel was a joke but no, Marvel Comics #1 introduces Namor the Sub-Mariner as a “crusader against white men.”
Namor is absolutely coded as not just non-human but nonwhite (and given his features, inferentially Asian).

Namor’s mom Fen (“beautiful goddess of the seals”) was sent to love along the “white monsters” as a sleeper spy, to “work her feminine wiles to our racial advantage,” as ordered by Atlantis’s ruler.
She raised her hybrid, flying amphibian son to lead the Atlanteans into battle against the “land of the white people.”
