The cat is indeed out of the bag. Sanders all but states that his interest isn’t advancing a progressive agenda or pushing the Democratic Party left—it’s about coronating himself the one true king. He’s the only legitimate champion of these ideas; everyone else is a corporatist.
Saying this rant is “not about Warren” while quote tweeting a story about Warren as an alternative to Sanders is Trump-level Twitter gaslighting
Especially when the progressive agenda Bernie claims as his and his alone in this tweet—M4A, breaking up big banks, taking on drug companies and raising wages—happens to be a small fraction of Warren’s much broader, far more detailed progressive agenda

The leader of the insurrection: Sen. Brian Boquist, who told Dem governor Brown to send only “bachelor” troopers in a blatant threat to murder cops. Boquist, an Iraq vet, runs International Charter Inc., a paramilitary army for hire that recruits ex US and, uh, Russian soldiers.
Republicans aligning with armed extremists and threatening to kill cops to avoid voting on climate change is almost too much of a 2019 mood.

Anyone running for POTUS who thinks Republicans will just “go back to normal” if Trump loses is deeply deluded.

Hannity KNOWS Trump “did something,” and sees Kushner as a viable human shield. Subpoena Hannity.
Hannity—Client #3 of Michael Cohen, confidant of Trump—knows more than he’s telling. If Trump or Kushner are only as “innocent” as Manafort, a confessed, convicted bank & tax fraud and pro-Russian registered foreign agent, they should go away for decades.
The text exchanges show Manafort never had any intention of cooperating with Mueller and that his plea deal was a lie from jump.

It’s an obvious pointer to presidential obstruction, and I bet the evidence is in texts/phone calls Hannity had with Trump.

Wow, I thought this panel was a joke but no, Marvel Comics #1 introduces Namor the Sub-Mariner as a “crusader against white men.”

Namor is absolutely coded as not just non-human but nonwhite (and given his features, inferentially Asian).

Keep in mind, Bernie lost April 19th with a huge defeat in NY, where he lost to Hillary by 16 points
58% to 42%

Trump won the GOP nomination on May 4th, that is when he became
the GOP nominee, and the GOP started lining up behind him.

Bernie waited until July to concede.
Now here is a good article on why so many people learned to dislike Bernie so much.

Most of us started out liking him, that changed when he became toxic.

The Lady Gaga apology is disappointing. I like the action of removing the song from streaming, and I'm in her corner as far as the Oscar race, but if she was going to wait that long to make a public statement, it could've been so much stronger
And when I say "wait this long," I'm not referring to the past two weeks-ish. I'm talking years. There are plenty of rope-a-dopes who can claim ignorance of R's allegations until very recently and I'd believe them. She is not one.
I DO believe it's possible she was insulated from the discourse on Twitter surrounding the #SurvivingRKelly airing, possibly working on a new project or getting each strand of her hair individually dyed to match her Globes gown or whatever she was doing. So I don't mean this week

THREAD: there is no one way to be a writer, no one way to tell a story, no one way to do this thing we do as a hobby or as a job or as an art form. Some write a little every day, in an office; some write a lot at one time at varying, sporadic points. It's all okay.
I think it's important to challenge all pieces of "Known Writing Advice," all those chestnuts of Vital Lore, and to see what they are and what works for you. We all have our own weird fingerprints to imprint upon this thing we do.
I think it IS important to talk about the things you do and the processes you use to write and tell a story and to hold them up and examine them -- share them with others, and listen to their ways of doing things, too.
