Secret to Peace of Mind at all times!

Only Two Factors which disturb the Limitless Peace Prevalent within each one of us. They are Fear and Anger.

Now Let's Handle Both of them individually.

1) Fear
When Does 'Fear' manifest within us? Who does it even come to us even without our knowledge or permission within us? Keep this Questions in mind for better understanding.

Eg:
Let's say you have an intimate 'object' which you love it, in ur possession with full control at ur disposal,You want this 'object' to stay as it is with you forever. This Feel is called Attachment.But unfortunately there is an threat of losing it& u start to worry about it

This is the starting point of manifestation of fear within us. The intensity of fear, be it High or Low will depend upon the intensity of attachment towards 'object'.

Meaning:
Higher the Attachment = Greater the Fear
Lower the Attachment = Lower the Fear

Note: 'object' could be physical object, people and thoughts/emotion.

2) Anger
When Does 'Anger' manifest within us? Who does it even come to us even without our knowledge or permission within us? Keep this Questions in mind for better understanding as we did with discussion on fear.

Eg:
Now Let's say you are wanting an 'object'. This Feel for need/desire for 'object' is attachment. Once you get that 'object' you are happy and done with it. Incase you didn't get that 'object' for 'n' number of reasons, you feel disappointed.

This is the starting point of manifestation of reaction of anger within us.The intensity of anger, be it High or Low will depend upon the intensity of attachment towards 'object'

Meaning:
Higher the Attachment = Greater the Anger
Lower the Attachment = Lower the chance of Anger

Note: 'object' could be physical object, people and thoughts/emotion

If you have fear and anger in u, it not only spoils your peace but also spoils your decision making ability of the intellect due to agitations in th mind. End Result of of such decisions are in qn

Takeaway for Peace of Mind at all times:

Have detachment towards people, physical object and emotions/thoughts. Understand they all come and go. Everything is Temporary. When it comes play with that object, enjoy it and when it goes say "goodbye"..

learn to let it go and move on.. instead of worrying about it... Stop recognising yourself in the 'objects', the moment you begin to do.. your problems starts to disappear.. all that remains within is peace and peace alone..

Forget about other pearls of knowledge from Gita if you are able to understand this bit of knowledge and practice it in your life.. you have mastered the act of living in this world.. even if you have mastered & lived it say 10-40%..

quality of your living your life is far far better than many people in this materialistic world.. this is big secret from Gita via Krishna... Big Gratitude, Pranams for this knowledge of all knowledges to Krishna and all Gurus for enabling us an access to this gem of knowledge.
