In case people dont know how the Nigerian judicial system works on rape, let me explain it. First you have to make an official police complaint. Secondly the police has to thoroughly investigate the matter to garner enough evidence to secure a conviction.
Thirdly the state must prove beyond reasonable doubt that the 2 ingredients to prove rape has been established which is "Consent not given and proof of Penetration". If these cannot be proven beyond reasonable doubt the case would fail
Knowing how poor our judicial system is & lack of facilities to prove rape in Nigeria today, it is almost 100% certain those alleging that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is a Rapist would fail. Victims would find it difficult to withstand the experience during brutal cross examination
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo lawyers would do everything to paint the victims as shameless immoral whores who have a hidden motives to destroy his name. They would dig into their sexual past, partners, lifestyle & everything shady they have done in their lives to prove bad character

I have no doubt that Biodun Fatoyinbo is a man that has misused his position as a pastor to engage in shameful immoral conducts with some his female congregation unbecoming of a pastor but trying to prove that he is a rapist in Nigeria without hard proof is a waste of time

While in the court of Social media his Victims have won, it would be very hard to prove he raped them without alot of evidence to back it up. Other Avenues Victims can use to bring him down includes sexual harassment, assault and forcing him to step down due to abuse of office.

He would apologize to his wife and church, recieve the condemnation, scolding and reproach and beg God, his congregation and society to forgive him. He would say the devil pushed him and ask for everyone's prayers to help him stop fornicating. After 6 months all is forgiven.
I know men like Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo. They understand their environment and the power they wield over people and the system. The powers Nigerians have given pastors is too enormous and he would use that power to play the system to win.
He is banking on the anger, insults and frustrations of people to win his own case. What is needed is a clear head with SOUND STRATEGIES to rope him not rush of blood to burn him at the stake now. The Police right now can either make or mar the case. The ball is in their court.
