The sentencing document alludes to additional information beyond the indictment. They are trying to prevent Epstein's release on bail.
DOJ alleges that they have witness of past attempts by Epstein to influence or intimidate witnesses. Recruited girls as young as 14 & knew victims were underage.

Why does Epstein have 3 active US Passports? They don't discuss the passports again, but why 3 passports? Seems unusual to say the least.
