Guys I am 99. 999% sure that I just got an email from a publisher asking me to write a book for them for exactly zero dollars. I am going to respond, and will update you all tomorrow.
If it's what I think it is, I will invite all you other writers out there to help me compose responses to this flattering offer.
This reminds me of this time about 5 years ago when someone was trying to set up a television segment with me. I'd done a few before, and was doing Nick Lachey's show at the time, so it didn't seem odd. Then the woman says I needed to pay Kathy Ireland $5000 to be on her show.
It still makes me so angry that Kathy Ireland is out there scamming small businesses out of rent money, making them think her show will change their lives.
