2. In recent weeks I have noticed an alarming increase in Russian-style troll accounts. Russians know to not come near Hawaii accounts due to the topology of our network so IMO presume these are Brad @parscale's San Antonio franchise of the St. Petersburg sock-puppet boiler room.

3. What to do? @TheDemocrats could decide to match it but that is a loss for democracy and likely the death-knell for @twitter.

I had been forced on to the new Twitter browser client front-end and it stopped the functionality of @cbouzy fine work @BotSentinel.

4. I have found a way to get it back and have begun to combat these trolls much like I did during the Ukraine invasion starting in 2014. Here is how I do it.

5. an attack. @TwitterSupport could help if it gave a report category that was simply "suspected troll." That is a thing and when the algorithm sees this coming from a legitimate matured account it could flag it for the the humans to review and delete the account and the user.

6. It's critical to limit this function to US users. Pro Jihadist Turkish MIT affiliated accounts have used troll reports to cause bans of legitimate anti-terrorist accounts.

6. I also run botcheck.me from @robhatlabs. It gives you a second opinion but is not as good as @BotSentinel IMHO.

Twitter needs to survive. I want it to survive. But it won't if it does not clean out the trolls and it is urgent to find the sources of these

7. industrial-scale trolls and end the user rights of people employing them. I'm pretty sure it's @parscale and folks like the crew the @POTUS had in the his closed meeting. They need to be banned for life along with the people associated with their operations.
