Fuck me. I have spent decades of my life watching witnesses lie in the witness box and in police interviews

HofC voted by 315 to 274 to back an amendment to NI legislation forcing the Gov to hold debates in parl in the run-up to the Brexit date of 31 October.
Crucially this is an amendable motion so could include ruling out no deal.

But that needs CONSEQUENCES. Eg #RevokeA50
1/. Who were the 274 eejit MPs that did not back this?

2/. More critically was our Cheltenham MP @AlexChalkChelt vote?

He has said he would NOT back proporging Parl
I can’t see his name on the list of Tory rebels re a motion designed to prevent it.

Striking that Hunt suggests that the problem is that the EU has never taken the threat of No Deal seriously as a credible threat and THAT was the problem.

Not that the Quitters have never taken seriously that they have never taken seriously that the WA WAS the only deal on offer

I went to an event at The Convention (I misidentified the event) a month or 2 ago & Baldwin was on 1 of the panels

His lacklustre approach (intimated here) went down like a lead balloon. As we left numerous people were commenting on it & we didn’t understand why

What it means to close a case:
There are mainly 2 categories of parties in a case whether it is civil or criminal. The first side is always the party that initiates the claim & the 2nd is the party defending../2
2. When the trial (hearing) of a case starts, the plaintiff or Prosecutor if it is criminal case starts the trial by leading evidence. This means calling witnesses to the stand (witness box) & tendering documents in evidence.There are two main types of evidence-oral & documentary
3. The witnesses testify orally & any supporting documents is tendered through witnesses who are the right ones to tender them (either the documents originated from them or was sent to them or they are the ones who should have proper custody of them). After witnesses testify,....

i spent my entire young life watching my family get attacked by black people and mexicans in our "culturally enriched" city.

White people in this city skirted around the issue, they used code words to describe the problem. "Thats a bad school" "that neighborhood is trashy"
Some people were brave enough to call out the situation for what it was. We called them "nazis". The people in the media assured us. All people are the same. Black people just need a big hug. Oh btw heres a news story of a cop shooting a black kid.
Still i didnt think anything of it. I continued to live my life. I was just a kid. I remember going to school and using the vending machine and noticing there was always a black kid there to ask me for the quarter i got back with my coke. Sure. Here.

2. There are over 3000 4 year degree granting institutions in the country and 1700 2 year institutions enrolling roughly 20 million students. Title IV institutions employ 3.9 million individuals.
3. @AAUniversities' 2015 climate survey showed that 23.1% of female undergraduates experienced "nonconsensual sexual contact by physical force, threats of physical force, or incapacitation since they enrolled at their university."
