Here is today's example of @icegov lack of transparency. Witnesses say ICE was pursuing the driver of a truck, which crashed into a car and 1 person was hospitalized. Photos show ICE directing traffic. But ICE won't provide any details into what happened.

After several back and forths, ICE now says it was not pursuing anyone "at the time of the accident," but won't release any more details into whether it was attempting to detain the driver, why so many ICE agents were there at that time, why they were directing traffic, etc.
Me: Witnesses say X
ICE: No comment but off the record, Y.
Me: I can't use off the record.
ICE: fine, you can say Y.
Me: what about all the other questions related to X, including did you arrest anyone, were you you trying to detain the driver at any point, etc
ICE: no comment.

This “accord” says just so much about US Guatemala relations for the past 6 decades, and also about its soon to be ousted President Jimmy Morales (accused of corruption, as nearly every president before him has been)
Let’s all just pause to remember that Guatemala was on a path to democracy when the US government intervened, declaring the winning candidate too socialist and launching more than three decades of civil war.
This is what happened with US knowledge. These kids were marched to a well and buried, an entire village was decimated, and the US government knew about it but decided to bury it for the greater cause.

Firstly let us look at the location. The cemetery is in the south east part of the capital, Tunis. Here is an image from Google Earth showing the entire complex (which is not that large).

There are two main areas of greenery. A larger area to the right, and a smaller space to the left. However, it is only in the latter that we see the distinctive rust-red roofing shown in the pictures where Corbyn is present.
