2. Put AOC aside. Imagine if you were able to create an alliance of a number of groups traditionally creating infighting on the left. Unions. Enviros. Progressives. You've just combined the Working Family/Labor party with the Green Party with a far Left Party.
That leaves the center left/Dem. A group that has fought off the other wings because of public support for the most part. One wing, in power and one scattered but now formed. Now let's say the scattered started organizing, making peace with other scattered orgs,
and they were trying to also unite with the center left, but they weren't having it after years of trying. Now say the now united groups (and I left a lot out) started making pacts to fight for power in the party and go to war. One side wanting MASSIVE change across the
board and the other trying to make sensible good small changes towards the same ends, but rationally. (Quick pause! Thanks new Patron, I appreciate it!).

Point being... imagine if someone got them all in a room and removed reality and said let's whiteboard your wants. On one side, all the wants. On the other, all the things that were felt to prevent. The list would be intense. Then put the groups on one side and oppose gross on...
... the other. You now have "what do we want!" and who is stopping us. Republicans, Racists, Capitalists, Corporations, Non-union Industries, The Rich/Successful, gender conforming, Insurers, Wall street, politicians who don't get things (Center Left).
