I have, over the last 24 hours stumbled upon what he was doing in his years in between the Union and political world (1999-2001). Zack Exley was orchestrating multiple Terrorist (non-bloodshed) acts within the Consumer and Cyber space. He called himself an Indep. Jammer. (2/TBD)
During this time he was orchestrating events in the U.S. on both the National and International level to not just "disrupt", but sabotage our Capitalist structure. He was behind such small events as the switching of Barbie and G.I.Joe voice boxes to as big as creating (3/TBD)
He was doing this by way of what he does best (and has had massive success in the political world),finding,recruiting and activating radical terrorists(non-bloodshed) to carry out his projects to sabotage the country. His intent seemed to be blindly just in that he sought (4/tbd)
to gain massive media coverage through fear and intimidation. As it relates to today I will loosely connect him to Jussie Smollett, the GND (directly) world is ending, massive racism and other similar stories you've read in the news. (5/tbd)
