If I had hired the #Mueller team as a law firm, and Bob Mueller showed up as lead counsel for me today, I’d be (a) filing a bar complaint for various violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility & (b) suing for legal malpractice. He clearly did not know his case
And, if #Mueller did know his case, he was clearly failing to adhere to so many legal standards that I’ll have to spend the rest of the day cataloging them. It was a disgrace and a political hatchet job.
And if he genuinely did not know the answers he said he didn’t know; or legitimately refused to answer other questions, then #Mueller was engaged in turning upside down American criminal law jurisprudence. Exonerated?
If #Mueller was investigating me say, for murder, and after investigation came out and said of me some of the things he said about Trump or others, I’d be furious. You found I committed no crime so keep your trap shut. You don’t exonerate.
