Doozy out of the 4th Cir. on qualified immunity. Reverses district court summary grant of QI on false arrest, excessive force, and malicious prosecution claims bc the facts are clearly in dispute.

Also sends a nastygram in footnote to the district court about expert testimony.

The facts here are really egregious. Police officer is threatening to shoot a woman's dog on her property. orders her to restrain the dog. So she moves to do it, but the officer decides to body slam her and arrest her.
Then the officer realizes the woman's husband videoed the whole thing, so he enters the house without a arrant to seize the video.

No QI on anything here, rules the 4th Cir.
