I wish a site existed where Product Managers could anonymously evaluate/explain their decisions in post-mortems.

To hear what @Twitter thought through with this redesign would be fascinating.
@Twitter To clarify- I just like hearing what goes on in the minds of people that are great at their jobs. Whether the redesign worked or not isn't really what I'm focused on.

It's why I like Inside The Actor's Studio (Bravo) or listening to @patrick_oshag or @smc90
Product mgmt is a field where it is so rare to hear that thinking in real time. My suggestion on anonymity was meant to help free up people to talk without repercussion.
Other examples that inspire me:
-A serious interview from @HowardStern -greatest interviewer on the planet.
-When @ladygaga opens up about her music or fashion
-@JerrySeinfeld on @cicgcshow talking about the craft of comedy
-whenever @fredwilson @bgurley @pmarca blog/talk/send up carry pigeons to discuss their thinking
-hearing @serenawilliams talk about her journey - i.e. here:
