Been thinking about whether ambition- particularly for non-founders - is also a double edged sword. Ambition is a wonderful trait in many respects and I have long believed (like persistence) that the more the better.
But I see more and more people reach for things that are a) outside of what would be considered stretch, b) want things at unrealistic pace.

I see the ambition to achieve the impossible too often lead to unhappiness and mental health issues.
Not really sure what to make out of it - just saying I see it.
