Ia boleh menyebabkan virus seperti RSV dan Influenza merebak kepada bayi anda.
RSV merupakan antara punca utama jangkitan sistem pernafasan di kalangan kanak kanak kurang daripada 5 tahun (34 juta kes seluruh dunia setiap tahun) di mana 10% daripada kanak kanak tersebut perlu dimasuk dalam wad.
Biar orang cakap anda kedekut. Bukannya mereka akan teman bayi anda nanti dalam wad.

Nak cium? Cium ayah dia. Bukan bayi dia!

Nama saya Dr Nimelesh. Saya merupakan Doktor in charge klinik ni.

Nurse saya hantar encik ke bilik saya untuk pemeriksaan lanjut sebab Encik sangkut saringan HIV pra perkahwinan.

Pernah tak Encik membuat sebarang ujian hiv sebelum ni?
“Tidak, Doktor. Saya tak tahu pun saya ni ada HIV” jawab pesakit tersebut.

Maaf kalau soalan yang saya akan tujukan ini adalah sensitif. Saya perlu bertanya soalan ini sebab ia akan membantu diagnosis dan rawatan encik.

Pernah tak Encik melakukan seks sebelum ini?
“Pernah Doktor . Sejak umur 16 tahun”.

Seks dengan seorang atau pesangan berubah ubah? Dan ada tak encik guna sebarang perlindungan seperti kondom?

“Saya tak pernah guna kondom Doktor.
Beberapa Doktor. Tapi dah putus hubungan dah”.

Kerap kali saya berjumpa ibu bapa yang membedung anaknya dengan ketat sekali.

Bila ditanya, "alaa Doktor kalau tak bedung, nanti bila besar akan jalan kengkang"
ini lah alasan yang diberi oleh mereka.
Bukan sahaja di Kota Tinggi, masa i buat attachment Housemanship (Paeds Orthopedik) kat HKL pun dengar benda yang sama.

Ini adalah tidak benar sama sekali.
Tiada masalah untuk bedung bayi. Pada pendapat saya ada banyak kebaikan bedung bayi

- Bayi akan berasa lebih selamat
- Bayi akan berasa lebih tenang dan selesa
- Bedung dapat mengekalkan suhu badan bayi dan baby tak akan rasa sejuk

1/ Let me start with an example: AirBnB.
2/ AirBnB houses offer a good experience because ratings are on a per-house basis. If ratings were on a per-city basis, chances are that houses would degrade, because no one would be directly responsible for the rooms he rents.
3/ It turns out that introducing borders between responsibilities is the most effective way to incentivize for proper use of assets.

Uden smålig skelen t evt. forskelle i foredragsholderens politiske ståsted og mit eget ønskede jeg at møde og høre mennesket som i sit 76-årige liv har mødt landets regenter, været blandt DKs første jægersoldater og MF i mere end 2 årtier og som medl. af FT Præsidium #dkpol #tråd
Foredraget var et fint foredrag. Kronologisk bygget op med anekdoter fra ungdommen, soldaterlivet, officersuddannelsen, jægerkorpset, MF-tiden og afsluttet med tiden som medlem af FTs Præsidium.....men det sjoveste, det kommer i de næste tweets #dkpol #tråd

There are countless problems with this argument, but I will attempt to outline a few. /1
a) Brexit is not the wish of the people; it is the whim of 27% of the people, on a particular date more than two years ago. And it is a whim that directly contradicts the wish of an equal number of UK citizens, and many more EU citizens and UK citizens in the EU. /2
b) No one, bar a handful of ignorant xenophobes, voted to leave the EU *as an end in itself*. Most had *ulterior motives*. THESE are the wishes the government should be seeking to fulfil. It is hard to know what all these motives are, but /3

Competence is knowing what to do in a situation and how to do it. It is not the same as excellence.
Excellence is dependent on other people, like judges, examiners, teachers, assessors, inspectors, auditors. But we can't control these people and whether they think we're excellent or not.
