U.S. Soccer has released a fact sheet related to the gender pay gap discussion. The facts here paint a significantly different picture than the ones that were widely presented in the media over the last few months.
From 2010-2018 the USWT was paid almost $8M more than USMT. That does not include benefits, such as healthcare, which are only guaranteed for the USWT.

Average game revenue for men's games from 2009-2019 was almost double that of women's games (972K vs. 425K).
That does not include FIFA numbers, where the disparity in revenue is far more significant and women still get a larger percentage share of the prize pool.

Hard to see how any pay-focused lawsuit could have merit with these facts.
