It is the existence of the rich regulatory framework and mutual enforcement that has allowed the visible border to melt and with identity conflict
This is a really superb thread from @DavidHenigUK with lucid explanations about how issues of identity conflict were de-escalated by physical removal of border infrastructure, implementing GFA undertakings and by the regulatory and enforcement environment of the EU SM & CU .

2/ On 11th November 2015 Richardson, who is a barrister, & had been UKIP’s General Secretary, so likely to have been involved in the writing of legal policy documents relating to data protection, expressed unease to Julian Wheatland about “what line to take” about data origin
3/. SCL/CA wanted clarification that the data they already had accessed & processed (received in October 2019 ) from Kaiser’s original evidence)had been passed to them legally

She said that the data arrived in SCL London in the form of processing towers, not copied hard drives!

The House Ways & Means committee was just called to order. There are only two bills on the agenda today.

One of them would require school district voted discretionary operating property tax levies to apply proportionately to charter schools.

THREAD: To add to everything else people have said, I wanted to make a couple points that are kind of obscure, but underscore how outrageous it would be for the Trump Admin to refuse Chairman Neal's request for Trump's tax returns. 1/
First, there's been a lot of focus on whether Neal properly articulated the purpose of his request to withstand scrutiny, partly b/c Neal himself keeps emphasizing it. But the law doesn’t require him to state a purpose. It just says IRS “shall” furnish any return upon request. 2/
It’s telling that the relevant law, 26 USC section 6103(f), has a separate and different procedure for Congress’s *non-tax* committees to request tax returns from the IRS. 3/
