2n what will PROBABLY happen TOMORROW
1) Cabinet will ask governor to request termination of article 370
2) as per previous tweet GOVERNOR is now the CONSTITUTIONALLY authorised SUBSTITUTE FOR THE STATE ASSEMBLY
3) Parliament consent NOT REQUIRED
4) PRESIDENTIAL NOTIFICATION...
2n will be issued terminating both 35A & 370
5) State will be trifurcated:
Jammu to become a state
Kashmir & Ladakh to become UT
Kashmir possibly WITHOUT an assembly (Chandigarh & Andaman anyway don’t have assemblies)
6) Supreme Court has no locus standi on this, they DARE not
7) at any rate as pointed out here the Supreme Court has ALREADY HELD that the governor is a competent substitute for the assembly
8) as @AtheistDharma points out the J&K state constitution, allows the Sadr-e-Riyasat (now governor) to assume all powers of the state assembly

1n as pointed out Food preference is socially acceptable (rightly so) but Human Discrimination is fundamentally bigotry (rightly so). However why does this not apply to Akshay Patra who faced a campaign to force “secular” food preferences?
2n for example the Waqf too gets government funding why not impose pork on them? These same chaps When Air India which was government funded, switched to vegetarian for economic reasons there was an uproar nytimes.com/2017/07/10/wor…
3n so on the one hand they have no issues with Waqf’s receiving government money and sticking to their religious beliefs, but AkshayaPatra which does the same must not. Neither should air india despite the economics of a simplified Lowest Common Denominator meal.

1n #FrugalIndian Recipe since you asked for the Mangsher Jhol. It’s quite unique...no spice...delicious. Heat mustard oil, add 3 chopped onions. Fry till it starts going dark brown around the edges
2n then add the paste of 3 onions .. notice the stages of browning of the paste to dark rich brown in pic 3; at which point you add a paste of Kashmiri red chilli & turmeric (the hydration of the spices is VERY important, must soak for 10 mins or more). Notice the rich red colour
3n meanwhile the mutton has been washed & marinated for 5 hours in yoghurt. Drain yoghurt & discard, but DONT rinse. Add mutton to curry & fry. Separately brown potatoes in mustard oil

1n 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗷 𝗟𝗲𝗯𝘂-𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻, 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲: Grind green chillies, ginger & garlic with yoghurt. Marinate chicken in it for 2 hours. See how thin the marinade is? It should be thin for the lactic acid to work it’s magic on the chicken.
2n grind the onions SEPARATELY. heat mustard oil & splutter cassia leaves & whole peppercorns in it. add the onion paste & confit on low heat till the raw smell goes but caramelisation mustn’t happen - remember, you’re NOT after browning.
3n high heat, squeeze the chicken dry, add to the pan + turmeric & salt. fry till the oil films. All surfaces of the chicken should seem white & cooked from the outside. THEN lower heat & add the liquid marinade, mix well, cover & simmer 10-15 mins. Smells INCREDIBLE already

Think threat of violence is only in dangerous spaces? Protest areas, radical college campuses? NO. They don't report what they do to us, even when evidence DNC pays for it. Threatened, listed, doxxed, hacked, more. Use fear to silence us regular people. Incited by CONGRESS & MSM.
2) Happens all the time. Recent example: Twitter users "may" be bots paid for by GOP or Russian agents or are Nazis... Hiding behind language that they think may protect them from getting sued for libel, they post Twitter profiles for their users to stalk. politico.com/story/2019/02/…
3) They posted Twitter users blacklisted as "disinformation campaign" dissidents in the article (link in previous tweet). Linked as "core group of accounts" in article. Just hard enough to not catch eye of casual reader, but easy for mob activists to find. iwr.ai/voterfraud/ind…

Thanks to reporting from various sources, we now know that at least 14 GOP lawmakers (nine senators, three governors, and two congressmen, both from CA) are tied up in various segments of Bob Mueller's probe into election interference in 2016.
Six are tied in due to money they got from Russian oligarchs Viktor Vekselberg and Len Blavatnik. They are Sens. Mitch McConnell (MS), Marco Rubio (FL), Lindsey Graham (SC), and John McCain (AZ), along with Govs. John Kasich (OH) and Scott Walker (WI).

Tutorial on how to make a map using QGIS. I'll turn @SenhorRaposa's 2000 Vermont town data into a map showing by how much Gore outran Senator Jeffords (or vice versa) in every town.
Step 1: Download QGIS for your computer, which is available here:

You'll also need some of Census' Tiger/Line County and County Sub shapefiles. The main download page for those is here:

I can't find a 2017 County file by state, so we'll use the 2009 verison here:
