Do your mind workouts in the morning.

If you push it off, you may just ignore it.

▪︎Mind workouts = meditation, visualization, journaling, gratitude.

Do all of em.

You can do it more later throughout the day.

But knock it out in the morning incase your day gets hectic.
'Mind workouts?? Is that even a thing?'

Yep.

And in order to become a mega mind, you need to work it out.

Time for a mental toughness 101 lesson....
You are broken down into 2 components:

-Physical
-Nonphysical

Physical = Brain
Nonphysical = Mind
'I thought the brain & the mind were the same thing?'

Incorrect.

-The brain is a programmable entity.

-The mind is the programmer.

Big difference.
But the problem is that most people have no clue what the mind looks like.

And when you don't know what it looks like you feel IFFY about it.

You wonder 'how am I going to work out something I can't even see?'
But you don't need to see it homie.

You just need to have the AWARENESS to know its there.

And it's not only there, but it is the remote control of your life.

How far you go will be a physical manifestation of your mind.
'Well damn! That's a huge role its playing in my life, huh?'

Yep.

Therefore you need a strong mind.

Not a weak one.

When you have a weak mind, you get a sensitive clown.
When you get a tough mind, a lot of your difficult life challenges become simplified.

You do not panic as often.

Your strong mind can control your emotions at will.
'So how do I work it out?'

You do the fundamentals.

▪︎Mind workouts = meditation, visualization, journaling, gratitude.

Let's go thru each one.
1. Meditation

Get your mind to focus on your breath.

The brain will throw random thoughts at the mind.

But simply make yourself aware when you are distracted & bring your mind back to the breath.

This is you exercising your awareness.
2. Visualization

If I told you to envision a Coke bottle with wings, you could do it.

If I told you to envision your Dream self, you could do it.

So do it.

Your subconscious mind sees pictures, so feed it that.

This is you exercising your imagination.
3. Journaling

This is you organizing your intangible thoughts into a tangible format.

'What do I write about?'

Write about whatever. You'll find your voice the more you do it.

This is you exercising your clarification.
4. Gratitude

You have so much, but you feel unfulfilled. Why?

'I don't know why bro...'

It's because you are ungrateful.

Always feeling empty because you aren't acknowledging your wins.

Acknowledge em. Count your small wins first.

This is you exercising abundance mentality.
Do all these first thing in the morning.

If you really want to be a winner, then do em at night too.

-Doing mind workouts in the morning will set the tone for the day.

-Doing mind workouts at night will set the tone for the next day.
Most people reading this aren't going to do anything with this info.

But at least 1 person will.

That's the person I am speaking too.
Just like going to the gym is difficult at first, so are mind workouts.

But guess what?

You keep going to the gym.

You fight thru the pain.

And soon, the gym becomes your haven.

Same with mind workouts.
