Experts? Therapists? Criminal analysts?
No. It came from police.

Otherwise, we don't deserve progress.
This is simply stating that there is a proven solution to this matter, and that it requires all of us to gain a better understanding of its complexities.
But if you want to fix this problem on a higher level, you should also be pressing for necessary systematic changes through legislative channels.
If you're against CSA, then listen to experts, not police.
