What shipping promos can they afford to offer? Free shipping @30? @40? 50? 100? etc

Squeeze as many dollars as you can out of each website visitor.

Makes ROAS number higher too.

> Define: content expectations

> Define: our profit share based on ROAS

> Define: what will success look like

> Define: what promotions

> Define: can supply chain and fulfillment center handle scale?
